i/o Inside Out Yoga School

why “i/o” ?

Inside Out Yoga School was named in a moment of recognition in a sushi bar in downtown Manhattan.
Like the roll, yoga is an expression that comes from deep inside.

All life moves with the pulsation of cloaking and revealing. We wake, we sleep, we dream. We move through illumined days and nights blanketed by darkness.

We progress and we have standstill moments. We find life murky and then again we discover clarity.
We inhale and we exhale.

Yoga practices step in to the flow of Nature by continually going inside to find the essence so we can offer that authenticity out as a blessing to the world.

Inside of each of us dwells a gem. It is the spark and shimmer of Divinity. That gem, the True Self, natural, deep and real is accessed by turning towards our yoga consciousness and then made manifest as an expression outside.
